i usually just have 3-5 big macs and i super size fry with 2 shakes.

I'm thinking i might start eating tofu again. I use to fry it up with some greens.. like brocoli and green peppers.
(back when i ate quite healthy)
Also.. when i was loosing weight last time, I was drinking like.. fruit shakes..
(not the kind you buy in a coffee shop!!)
But homemade..
I'm thinking like.. Strawberies and maybe plain soy milk?
And other cool fruit drinks i could do, but still keep it healthy!
BTW, I don't really care for raspberries and blueberries in shakes.
I do like Bananas though!
