Okay i bought a protein shake from the GNC called mass xxx each scoop is like 1000 calories so if i take 2 scoops and dont do nothing will it jus make me fat? and if i work out will i gain mroe weight then jus laying around ? Yes i take 2 scoop cause i want to gain more weight
