why am I loosing weight on this diet?

I've just overcome anorexia, where i had to gain a stone and a half. On average I was gaining 2lbs a week on 2800 calories. I'm now at my 'target weight' (the weight my place wanted me to get to) and I've been eating lots. This is by choice. For breakfast I have a large bowel of frosties, with whole milk, a english muffin with butter, and an apple, for lunch I had crisps, 4 cereal bars, and a yazoo strawberry milk shake. Then in the car I was snacking on white chocolate and roundtrees randoms, I got home, started eating custard, then had half a pizza, a muller rice pudding and an apple. Yes I still am loosing weight? HELPPP..
