Meal plan for building mussle while looseing weight, age 18, male?

I'm 18, im abit flabby round the front and the back, I want to achieve muscle while loosing weight, im at gym 5 - 6 times a week doing muscle work and cardio, I am also doing maximuscle promax diet shakes, soon to be going on to a low carb protein drink, I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who can give me a little free diet meal plan, I work full time 8 am till 5.30 pm with two 15 min breaks and a half hour dinner. I then go home have a shower and a bite to eat or a shake then straight to gym. If there is anyone out there who could just give me an idea of a full week meal plan, I would really appreciate it.

Here is a rough, but a good meal plan off the top of my head.

Meal 1-
Large bowl of oatmeal made with skim milk.
Piece of raw broccoli.

Meal 2-
2 tuna sandwhichs, with wholemeal or grainy bread.
Apple.
Mandarin.

Meal 3-
2 natural peanut butter sandwhichs, with wholemeal or grainy bread.
Piece of raw broccoli or some green beans.
Small tub of low sugar yogurt, not low fat, low sugar.

Meal 4- (guessing about the time of pre-workout?)
Protein shake made with skim milk.
Raw broccoli or any other fibrous vegetable.

Meal 5- straight after your workout
Protein shake made with water.

Meal 6- 15 to 20 minutes after your water protein shake.
Chicken breast with lightly steamed or raw vegetables.

Meal 7-
Protein shake before bed.

I am athletic but I am way too skinny in my opinion PLEASE HELP?

I am very athletic and surprisingly strong, however I am very skinny. My legs are too skinny and my whole body is just too skinny in my opinion.

I am 16, male, 5'9, 125 lbs.

What can I do to build muscle mass and get some meat on my bones? I am sick of being this skinny. I want to have a good body not only for looks but for sports.

Please help by giving me a workout plan and stuff that I can eat to help me gain weight.

I would REALLY appreciate if you gave me stuff that is easy to buy (food wise), such as protein shakes and stuff, and also I would rather have a workout that i would stay dedicated to, so if it is a home workout i am sure that would be great!

eat everything you see and lift big, gym > home, at least 3500 calories a day (add 500 per week if you still don't gain) 1 g protein per lb bodweight (healhtier food is better, but eating more > eating healthier), google rippetoes and go to bodybuilding.com for diet/routine advice (it helps a bunch even if you dont wanna be a bber)
