I have a great body and nice face features i would like to model or act. Any tips or suggestions?

My name is Daniel i am 5'11 160 lbs. I have a nice looking face short hair (growing it out now) and one of the best bodies ( I never took protein shakes steroids or did any weight training i am all cardio work out and i also train 4 hrs a day in martial arts) I really want to model but there are so many fake agency's i don't know where to apply i would really appreciate for some help thank you

OK... your pictures stink for trying to get people to take you serious... yes you got nice abs and flat chest... what about your arms? They don't match your physique. And then you pretty much hid you face. If your in Washington state I'll take your pics... if not... try going on Model Mayhem and do some TF photos... get you portfolio together and network... they'll steer you into the right direction

TEN POINTS:) are protein shakes healthy?

incase you need to know:
height: 177cm
weight: 74kg
and i'm a 16 year old girl

A - like, not to lose weight, but to replace like my lunch or dinner.

B - i found a diet on the internet of a model and its on several sites but worded differently so i'm fairly sure its legit.

it has a protein shake after breakfast (morning tea) and as a supper after dinner... is this their intended use? i do about 1-2hours of exercise a day just because of my job.

C - i live in australia and dont have time to make elaborate protein shakes and i cant stomach raw egg, so what would be some powdered shakes that are the best to buy?

A - Protein shakes are healthy, but they aren't really for replacing meals, just making sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, which is especially important for people who do a lot of exercise and want to build muscle.

B - Dieting is no more comlpex then having 1250-1500 calories a day with a 40% carb 40% protein and 20% fat split, plus exercise. The reason there's so many different diets is because it makes people money when they sell them to magazines or put them in books, not because there's lots of different ways to lose weight. Track your calories on this site, and exercise, that's all you need to do :

Ideally you should have protein after exercise to encourage muscle growth and recovery.
