Will this stunt my growth?

I'm 15 years old, and I am skinny. I will start off lifting 10lb dumbells 15 times with each arm. Then, I will drink a protein shake after. Later during he day, I'll do the exact same thing. (10lb dumbells 15 times with each arm and a protein shake right after.) So 30 with each arm everyday.

I'm 15, and I do not want to stunt my growth because I am short already, but I heard weight lifting does not stunt growth, its a myth. Is this true?

ok listen, WEIGHT LIFTING DOES NOT STUN YOUR GROWTH.

let me explain why to prove, your growth plates are located at the ends on your bones ect, so lifting weights cannot techniqully damage them. THE ONLY way you affect your growth is if you literly let the weight drop on top of you.

10lb is good to start with but aong with all this do push ups with your arms in differnt spreads, sometimes close, sometimes realy far this way your working everything arms,chest, and shoulders. dont drink the protien shake , your not lifting enough for protien, you'll just end up getting fatter. if you need anymore information message me up or something i can help you out.
