Ok so here is my plan.
Breakfast
1/2 of a fresh fruit smoothie
1 piece of whole wheat toast
1 tbs of peanut butter
Lunch
Nothing
Supper
1 thing of light yogurt
snacks
a.m. p.b. crackers (ritz)
afternoon cheese crackers (ritz)
p.m. snack 1/2 blueberry muffin
water with all of those snacks except once a week (saturday) maybe 1 can of soda
my cousin made up this meal plan for me and i wanted more opinions on if i should do it for 3 months or not. O and i take a vitamin a day
now here is the exercise plan she also created
Monday - Abs (pilates, and crunches)
Tuesday - Arms (push ups, pull ups)
Wednesday - butt (idk what she's talking about lol)
Thursday - Arms (she told me to order one of those shake weights things for this)
Friday - Abs (again pilates and crunches)
Saturday - Running (1 mile)
Sunday- Running (1 mile)
I STRONGLY recommend having something at lunch, and a little more at dinner. This will probably help you lose weight, but it will be extremely unhealthy. By eating sporadically like that, your body will go into fat producing mode. But why would this happen if you aren't eating that much? Well your body won't know when the next meal is coming, so it will tell itself it needs to save everything it gets as fat just in case it doesn't get the nutrients it needs. By eating regularly, you will maintain your blood sugar level throughout the day, and your body will know that the next meal is just around the corner, so it won't need to save as much as fat. This will in turn increase your metabolism, which will help you burn your calories and food faster.
The breakfast looks good, lunch you need something there. There is plenty of things you can have that are really healthy for you. Try a sandwich, whole wheat bread, mustard, sliced chicken breast (no ham or salami or other more fatty meats), lettuce, tomato, and a single slice of cheese like swiss. Don't do processed cheese like those kraft slices. Anything processed is generally not as good for you as real food. Also, no mayo on the sandwich. Tuna is another good choice for sandwich. Use a little bit of low-fat mayo in the tuna for mixing it up.
Also you need a more balanced dinner. Fish is really healthy, loaded with lots of good nutrients and good fats (yes there are good ones, the mono-saturated and poly-saturated kinds). Have a small piece of fish, veggies, and some carbs like rice or potato (this is for the blood sugar thing I talked about early).
Your choice of snacks isn't that great. Those ritz crackers are loaded with sodium, and the peanut butter probably has lots of oil so it stays creamy for so long. Also the cheese is not going to be real cheese at all, just some chemical concoction. Also muffins are actually really high in fat due to all the butter/oil that's used in the recipes to bake them. Yes, even those healthier muffins like bran muffins are loaded with butter. Instead of those choices, try fruit, like an apple. Apple help fill you up in between meals. Also a banana is a good choice. Fruit is very low in calories. Carrot sticks are also great for filling you up without fattening you up. Good luck!
The bottom line for losing weight is to use more calories in the day than you take in.
Protein Shake?
I goin' start hitting the gym again, to add a little more mass 5-10lbs. However, I'm a hardgainer so I usually have to drink weight gainers or protein shakes, most of them taste horrible in water so I mix it with milk(which also adds calories) but I'm lactose intolerant and I still don't really care for the taste.
Has anyone had (Nature's Best)Isopure protein(the bottle or dry mix)?

Try soy milk instead of dairy milk. The newer stuff is better tasting than it was a couple decades ago. this should help with the lactose intolerance.
Make sure you keep well hydrated on a high protein diet so you are not too hard on your kidneys.
