How to gain fat quickly in the thighs b/c ensure is not helping me at all.?
I been trying to gain weight in my thighs and butt for awhile, my sister told me to drink ensure, that will make me gain weight very fast, it did for her mother in law..But it seems my metabolism is very fast b/c I keep drinking ensure and it only put me up 3 pds and those were the 3 pds I lost back at home. Do anyone know any special drinks or shakes, or do i need to keep drinking ensure daily and how many times a day?

Well its simply a matter of diet and exercise. You can tighten up you thighs and shrink your belly back down a bit, with some cardio and watching what you eat. You can do some strength training to tone up your thighs and abs. But that is the healthiest way. It is hard work, but you have to keep yourself motivated, I like to come up with as many reason as I can for why I want to lose weight or keep it off, more than just to look better, why do I want to look better? who do I want to look better for?
