- For aromatic moisturizing oil, combine 3 tbsp each of jojoba and rose hip seed oil, 2 drops each of rose, geranium and palmarose essential oils and 3 drops lavender essential oil. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and store in clear, clean bottle for use.

Help me with this question, Nobody has been able to help me!!! 10 points?

I trying to lose weight and get a toner body. I'm currently 5''11 and 192 lbs. I lift weights every other day and i run as well every other day. My diet is bad. I usually skip break fest and lunch and i have something about 3 pm and maybe 8pm. I only eat about two meals a day. When i'm done working out i have a protein shake. I really get see my muscles ripped only when i lift weights. The next day when i flex the bicep you can barely feel it and see it but when i run my hand down the bicep without flexing it i can feel the bicep toned a little. What should i do to get a toned body,build muscle, and burn fat. Please any suggestions would help

I think you should try a low carb high protein diet. That will help you burn fat. And by the way, the reason your muscles look less toned the day after your lift is because your muscle fibers get "torn" some when you lift. I don't know if that's the exact term I should use, but that's how they grow. Two days after you lift they should look bigger because they've had a chance to rebuild themselves and add more muscle tissue. So that's my suggestion: eat a low carb/high protein diet and keep lifting. You might look at the library if you need suggestions on how to body build.

Will I get better toned, possibly bigger muscles with this routine?

I start off with.....

calf raises, 4 sets of 10(each lasting 10 secs)

20 pushups(all i can do its sad)

one hundred sit ups

4 sets of 15 curls with 5 pound weight(i need to buy bigger ones)...

now is this routine good to do every other day, and will it help me get toner muscles and somewhat bigger? By the way I'm also a vegetarian(have been since I was born) and I also drink an organic whey protein shake with milk, after each workout.....thanks!

Going down your list I can make a few suggestions, instead of 20 push ups do 3 sets starting with 13 first set, 10 second set and 7 third set. With the dumbbell curls you can accomplish a lot with 5 pounds if you fatigue the bicep first; start with 4 sets of overhead triceps curls, 3 sets of reverse curls, and 3 sets of hammer curls then do your bicep curls.
We used to call that - "blasters". Remember to maintain slow controlled continuous motion throughout.
