questions about working out?

im 5'6 120 pounds, just began a month or so ago with a steady workout routine, ab workouts, weight lifting pushups etc, triceps are quite big and toned, arms not the biggest but have alot of strength,been drinking protein shake eating very healthy and noticing my body toniing and abs getting rock hard. i dont grow very fast and havent taken my final growth spurt, im 21, my old man didnt take his till about 22 or so, is there any advice anyone could give for turning up the heat to get better results faster
