Every one wants an easy six pack, but this is not an easy thing to achieve. If you want to get an easy six pack then you need to have the right exercises to use to get it. This doesn't just mean sit ups though as these can quickly become dull and ineffective if you do too many of them. Instead you need a wider variety of different ab exercises that will keep your body guessing and train the muscles in a number of different ways. Here will will list some ab exercises:
Crunches: Crunches are essentially sit ups that don't require you to sit 'all the way' up. Instead you simply 'fold' your stomach at the middle and this way squeeze your abs and perform the crunches movement the name alludes to.

ok i want abs. like a six pack you know like all the models and celebs have. I have lost alot of weight like about 15 kilos and now i think. i can see like my abs. but i ant them to like pop out and be like a six pack. i have spent hours on the net trying to find the answers and months and months doing endless cruches but its not working and i even lost more weight but i dont think i can lose anymore and i dont need to what so ever. Ok i just wanna know if someone has a exercise that can help me get the six pack abs in which i really want. Maybe if some one has used like one of those programs that are bought online example "7 second abs" do they work please anyone help
Bicycle crunches are the best method. If your going to do the regular crunches on the floor place a rolled up towel so that its on the lower part of your back. A swiss ball works very well also. You can buy one for about 15 dollars. It comes with a list of different positions you can do.
