What kind of protein / weight gain do I need?
I want to get a better body and become more muscular.
But it seems hard because I'm quite a skinny guy:
19 years old
6ft tall
30" waist
Body fat: about 14%
weight: 9.5 stones
At the moment I do sit ups, push ups for my chest and arms. I also do some other exercise for legs, which are average size, Im just skinny from pelvic up.
Im going to buy weights (20kg) and start with them, probably on a one day miss day schedule.
So im confused on whether I should buy Protein powder to mix with water such as this:

I understand how you feel, although I'm a girl. I wanted muscle too. Buy the protein powder..make sure it's Whey protein though. Work out, lift weights or something..then have your shake. I wouldn't use water however, use skim milk. It will taste SO much better, plus you'll get even more protein, bonus! If you have anymore questions feel free to email me
