How do you know how much you really should weigh?
The weight charts for men and women basically tell you what you should weigh based on your height. However, if you are lifting weights and build muscle mass this adds weight. So, how do you know how much you should really weigh? Doesn't the muscle mass need to be figured in somehow?
This is a great question and that's why I really hate those lousy charts. Your body's "ideal weight" is based on a lot of factors, not just height and gender. The best thing to remember is that if you're healthy (exercising regularly and eating right) and happy, then it doesn't matter how much you weigh. Just keep at it, you're fine.
