1. i dono about naming ten of them, but bench press, arm curls, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, chest press, shoulder press, etc
2. Any excersize is good for weightloss but the best one is CARDIO.. just run or walk a lot.. and dont eat too much.
3. Back excersizes form triangles.. working out on your traps and all areas of your back will make you look big giving u that V shape.
Lifting weights at home vs the gym?
I was wondering if I should quit my gym membership at workout at home, heres the reason. I never have time anymore between school and work, i work outside all day in the sun, so after work im way too tired to go to the gym. School and homework keeps me plenty busy and honestly after a day of school the last thing i want to do is workout.
Another thing I hate about the gym is i just can never seem to go when all the meatheads arent there...they like live there and im a pretty skinny guy so i get a little intimadated.
Now when I think about it, the weight lifting exercises i do is a barbell curl for my arms and bench press for arms plus chest...so i was thinking of buying a bench and just doin my curls and benching at home...then for cardio run the block and abs do crunches, legs do squats etc.
So in your opinion, do you think working out at home would be better for me, or should i suck it up and just go workout at the gym?
There are several reasons for going to the gym. I understand the skinny feeling with the meatheads I'm very skinny myself but I get over it because at least I'm actively doing something about it rather.
1) No distractions at the gym, your sole purpose there is to work out, there are no phone calls, no people at the door, just you and the weights.
2) Energy in the gym when you see other people working hard it gets you pumped up and in the mood for working hard.
3) You may say the big ripped guys intimidate you when you use lower weights but don't get discouraged get determined. Use it as motivation because you want to be that guy that everyone looks at for coming into the gym being ripped.
