I am a five foot and four inch tall 14 year old, what should a healthy body weight for me be?

a healthy weight would be around 120. My cousin is the same age and height and she asked this 2weeks ago, and that's the answer we got.

I know I know this question has been asked a million times before. =_= But I can't afford to buy diet pills or those diet programs. I've been doing the P90X workouts with my family but I don't feel as though I've trimmed up or lost anyweight ((In fact I'm sure I haven't)). I have a really hard time controlling what I eat. I'm in my healthy weight range according to the BMI calculator, however the Navy has recently told me that had I just been about 6 pounds heavier, they wouldn't be able to take me; since then I've been very concious about my body and it's lack of decent shape.
