Correct weight for my height?

I'm 16 years old, 6ft tall and weigh 12 and a half stone. I'm wondering if this is a healthy weight for my age and height, and if not what can I do about it? Also I'm quite unfit and would like to get a more toned body, how can I achieve this?

A 16 year old female who is 175 pounds and is 6 feet tall has a body mass index of 23.8, which is at the 80th percentile, and would indicate a healthy weight.

would like to buy some cross country skis. What measurements do I need to get a correct fit?

All I know is that height and weight factor into it. I'm just looking for classic, not skate.

I don't know the specifics but I am 6'3", 235lbs and I was matched with 205cm or 210cm for classic skis.
